Does UK accept study gap?
Yes, study gap Acceptable up to 10 years after graduation.Yes, up to three years after intermediate, and up to 10 years gap is acceptable after graduation in UK. For gap justification UK accept relevant work experience, certifications, and skills development courses in that duration.
Will I get post study work permit after completing studies in UK?
Yes, if the student completes a bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline, becomes eligible for two years post study work permit. PHD students will get three years post study work permit after their studies.
Are there any scholarships available for international students in UK?
Yes, scholarships are available for international students based on academic performance. Students with excellent marks in their intermediate and undergraduate studies are more likely to receive a 15-25% scholarship on their tuition fees.
Can I take my spouse or family with me on student visa?

Can I apply study visa in UK after getting refusal from any other country?
Yes, UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) works independently. Students receive visa grants if they meet the UKVI visa grant criteria.
Can I apply for pathway programs?
Yes, Students who do not meet the Academic or English requirements for direct entry into a specific degree program can apply for pathway programs. Students with 45-50% marks in intermediate can apply for foundation to bachelor’s degree. The students can also apply for pre-master programs leading to master’s degree programs after graduation.
If I apply in pathway program, will it affect my visa ratio?
No, it won’t affect your visa ratio. UKVI grants student visa based on points and students need to have 40 points, 30 for CAS and 10 for Banks statement. However, you should not have bad character history or potential health risks for the public of United Kingdom.
How much funds are required for bank statement for UK student visa?
One-year tuition fee (-) initial paid deposit (+) 9,207 GBP for studying outside London or 12,006 GBP in London. 28 days old funds are required. Please note, funds received from any source need to be held 28 days in the bank account to become eligible for student visa application.
Which intake are available for studying in UK?
Major study intakes are January-February and September-October each year. However, some universities offer limited courses for intakes in April-May each year as well. For more information, please contact the Qualified Education Counsellors at The EMT Group Education and Migration office.
What is credibility interview and is it mandatory to get CAS?
Universities in the UK conduct interviews before issuing CAS from the students of high-risk countries to filter genuine students. Yes, it is a mandatory requirement for students applying from Pakistan. This interview can be conducted either as a one-on-one session with a university official or by requiring students to submit recorded answers during a live session.
Is there any mandatory interview for study visa in UK?
No, it is not a mandatory requirement for visa. However, UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) conducts interviews on randomly selected student profiles to ensure visa grant compliance. Students should prepare interview questions and statement of Purpose.
Who can Sponsor me for studying in UK?
You can sponsor yourself if you have savings or your parents (father and mother) or spouse only if applying with you.
Is there any minimum income threshold requirement for my sponsor?
No, there is no minimum income threshold for the sponsor. However, showing sponsor’s financial capacity of bearing your remaining tuition fee, living costs and general expenses is a mandatory requirement with evidence to receive confirmation of acceptance for studies (CAS) letter from your education provider.
Is there any application fee to apply in UK institutions?
Most of the institutions do not charge any application fee in UK.
